AMAN ARORA INSPECTS AT PATIALA GOVT PRINTING PRESS

Punjab Printing & Stationery Minister Mr. Aman Arora on Tuesday conducted inspection and reviewed the operations of the state government printing press at Sirhind road, Patiala. He visited the binding and printing sections here and interacted with the employees.

Notably, Mr. Aman Arora assumed the charge as Minister of this department last week.

Reviewing the functioning of the Printing Press along with Controller Mr. Puneet Goel and Additional Controller Anand Sagar Sharma, Mr Aman Arora said that it is a need of the hour to revamp the printing facility by adopting the latest technologies equipped with digital infrastructure to keep pace with changing times.(SUBHEAD)

He said that Chief Minister S Bhagwant Mann led Government is committed to ensure that all printing stationery works of the state government should be executed by the department itself.

After the inspection, the Cabinet Minister held a meeting with the officials of Printing and Stationery and Patiala Development Authority (PDA) to review the functioning of both the departments. He also visited the residential colony of the Printing and Stationery department.

PDA Chief Administrator Gautam Jain and other officials were also present in the meeting.
