Punjab and Haryana High Court on Tuesday dismissed bail plea of Sunder Sham Arora Former Industry Minister Punjab, in a corruptin case which was registered in Mohali Vigilance Police Station recently.
Vigilance Bureau spokesman said, in case FIR No 01 dated 05.01.2023 u/s 13(1)(A), 13(2) under prevention of corruption act registered at PS Vigilance bureau FS -1 Punjab at SAS Nagar, anticipatory bail of accused Sunder sham Arora former minister dismissed today in the Court of Justice Raj Mohan, of Punjab and Haryana High Court.
Meanwhile the Distt. Court of Mohali had issued production warrant in the case of transfer of Industrial Plot causing loss to the Govt. to the tune of Rs. 700 Crores.
