A case FIR No. 02, U/S 406, 420 IPC has been registered in PS-49, Chandigarh on the complaint of Ankur Sethi R/o # 8046-A, First Floor, Sunny Enclave, Sector-125 Distt. Mohali (Pb) who alleged that Saurabh Sharma R/o # 2149, Ashiana Enclave, Sector-48, Chandigarh (age-40 years) cheated total Rs. 7,40,900/- from complainant regarding processing his PR file for Canada between 18.01.2021 to 09.06.2022.
Later on, neither the alleged person processes the PR files nor refunds the amount. Investigation of the case is in progress.
