Hari Om Sharma Incharge PO & Summon staff is able to arrest 02 proclaimed offenders (01 PO in state Case & 01 Re-Arrest warrant in U/s 138 NI Act).
(MOREPIC1) Arrest of Accused/ Proclaimed Offenders: – With the help of collection of information from different sources (technical & human) and a day/night search. The following mentioned absconding persons have been arrested with secret information of informer and all the sincere efforts made by ASI Balwinder Singh 1728/CP, HC Ashok Kumar 1179/CP, Sr. C Hardeep 2506/CP, Sr. C Vipin Sharma 2345/CP & C Anuj Kumar 4665/CP.
The case FIR No. 511 Dated 12.11.2002, U/s 13A/3/67 Gambling act PS-39, Chandigarh was registered against accused namely Mukesh Kumar S/o Sh. Mahavir Singh R/o House no. 2039, DMC Chandigarh & Permanent Address :- House no. 484 Mohalla Bhagat Nagar PS-Model Town Hoshiarpur (PB). On dated 12.11.2002 during night at 10:30 pm accused Mukesh Kumar was arrested by the Chandigarh police in the offence of Gambling.(SUBHEAD)
After getting bail he did not appear before the Hon’ble court and declared PO vide order dated 14.01.2009 by the Hon’ble Court of Ms. Manisha Jain, JMIC, Chandigarh. Today he got arrested from House no. 2039, DMC Chandigarh.
One Convict accused namely Gurdeep Singh S/o Sh. Hem Raj R/o House no. 283 Village Daria Chandigarh was convicted as sentence to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 12 months with compensation Rs-1,700000/- awarded by the court of Ms. Nazmeen Singh, JMIC Chandigarh in complaint no. 434/2017, U/S 138 NI act on dated 24.01.2020.
During the pendency of Crl. Appeal no. 80/2020 accused did not present before the hon’ble court of Ms. Anshu Shukla ADJ, Chandigarh and Hon’ble court issued the Re-Arrest Warrant of accused in Criminal Appeal. On Sunday he got arrested from sector 12 A Panchkula.
