INDIAN ARMY’S SWIFT RESPONSE SAVES PRECIOUS LIVES

Combat Healers of Golden Katar Division responded promptly to a road traffic accident at Chohtan in Barmer district, Rajasthan on Saturday, saving precious lives through timely intervention.

A school bus carrying approximately 30 children of KRD Bal Mandir, Chohtan collided with a civil vehicle and toppled at the road head. Four to six children sustained minor injuries. 

On receiving information, the medical team composed of dedicated professionals of Konark Corps reached the site without delay, swiftly evacuated the injured children, provided immediate first aid and initial medical care.

All the children were medically evaluated, reassured, treated and safely handed over to school authorities.

The swift action once again underscored the unwavering commitment of the Indian Army to provide humanitarian assistance and save lives embodying the spirit of ‘Service to the Nation’.
