e-Tenders for one more new Chemist Shop at GMSH-16 was opened and total three bids were received. The Highest bid of Rs. 17, 21,000/- per month has been received for the Shop No.9 measuring 18ft X 9.9 ft. Another Chemist Shop No.7 is in the process of completing the formalities and it is expected to start functioning in next few days. Hence soon there will be sufficient Chemist Shops at the GMSH-16:
Chemist Shop No.6 (Functioning since 1993): Monthly Rent about Rs. 2.5 Lacs per month for 329.16 Sq Ft occupied area
Chemist Shop No.7 (Recently allotted and expected to start in next few days): Monthly Rent Rs. 17.01 Lacs per month for 152.32 Sq Ft allotted area
Chemist Shop No.9 (Bid opened today and it may start functioning in about 15-20 days): Monthly Rent Rs. 17.21 Lacs per month for 146.25 Sq Ft allotted area
Jan Aushadhi Shop (Already started): Monthly rent Rs. 80,100/-
The Jan-Aushadhi Shop at GMCH-32 is expected to start functioning within this week.
Further fresh Tenders are being floated/already floated for following:
• Combined e-Tender for Canteen and Snacks Shop at Civil Hospital in Sector-22: Tender already floated and bidding going on.
• Since there was no response for the new Chemist Shop at Civil Hospital in Sector-45, a fresh e-Tender is being floated soon.
• Since the H-1 bidder for Canteen at GMSH-16 has backed out, the EMD amount of Rs. 3 Lacs has been forfeited and a now fresh combined e-Tender for Canteen and Snacks Shop at GMSH-16 is being floated soon.
