The Association of Engineers has announced to extend whole-hearted cooperation to the Samarth Old-age Home that was founded to carry forward the legacy of veteran social activists Shanta Kataria and Sardari Lal Kataria by their daughters near Uttam Vihar Colony in Nai Abadi here.
(MOREPIC1) The members of the Association visited the Samarth Old Age Home and got impressed by the excellent facilities being provided to the people living there. They announced financial help by accepting the monthly membership of the ashram. Chairperson of the Ashram, retired IAS officer Sumedha Kataria and president Rajat Luthra thanked the engineers.
Led by Anup Arora, all the office bearers reached the Ashram, where they were welcomed by the management. They spent time with the senior citizens living there, interacting with them for a long time. Then, all of them took monthly membership to give financial assistance to the ashram and also inspired other NGOs tosupport the noble cause.
Anup Arora said that apart from the monthly membership, they will continue to give their support to the Ashram as much as possible from time to time. Sumedha Kataria and Rajat Luthra expressed their heartfelt gratitude.
