Five identified miscreants motorcyclists killed by firing one Dera Premi accused in sacrilege of Guru Granth Sahib while opening his shop on Thursday Morning in Kotkapura. He was on bail these days and was under police protection.
Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi aide gangster Goldy Brar sitting in Canada, a mastermind behind the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, has taken the responsibility of murder of Dera Premi Pardeep Singh.Three others of nearby including the gunman have been injured in this attack.
It is alleged hat in the year of 2015, Pradeep had stolen the Sri Guru Granth Sahib from the Gurdwara Sahib of Bargari village and tore its parts. This was opposed by the Sikh community. Later, a case was registered against him and he was sent to jail, but now he was on bail and after life threates he was living in police protection. In the CCTV footage, the miscreants were seen waiting there. As soon as the Pardeep opened the shop, he was shot dead.
It may not be out of place to mention that earlier one Dera Premi Mahinderpal Bittu killed in Nabha Jail on 22 June 2019, who was arrested in the case of desecration of Shri Guru Granth Sahib in Bargari.
Meanwhile Smt. Laxmikanta Chawla BJP Leader condemned the incident and criticise the Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, who was repeatedly giving the statement that no one will be allowed to disturb the peace of Punjab, but if peace was established only through rhetoric, there would be no firing in Punjab every day. Today in Kotakpura another person Pradeep Singh who was shot dead for being a dera premi.
