A case FIR No. 65, U/S 408, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC has been registered in PS-19, Chandigarh on the complaint of Sushma Khindaria, Director, Kare Partner Group India Pvt. Ltd, Plot No. 54, Sector 18A, Chandigarh.
She alleged that Rohit R/o # 8393, Sec-125, Sunny Enclave, Kharar, Distt. Mohali (PB) who was working as Chartered Accountant and Kulwinder Singh R/o # 92, Block ‘D’, Spangle Height, Dhakoli, Zirakpur Distt. Mohali PB who was working as Assistant Manager in her company forgedly signed documents before the bank by pretending as director of the company and caused revenue loss to the company.
Investigation of the case is in progress. No arrest has been made so far.
