YOU KNEW THE CM’S CHAIR WAS SOLD FOR 350 CRORE WHEN YOU WERE CONGRESS PRESIDENT – WHY WERE YOU SILENT THEN?, IF CONGRESS SELLS THE CM’S CHAIR FOR 500 CRORE, IMAGINE HOW MANY ZEROS THE PERSON WHO BUYS IT WILL ADD TO COMPLETE HIS RECOVERY, DUE TO INFLATION, THE RATE TO BECOME CM IN CONGRESS HAS NOW INCREASED TO 500 CRORE: PANNU

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab General Secretary Baltej Pannu launched a sharp attack on BJP leader and former Punjab Congress President Sunil Jakhar. Pannu questioned why Jakhar is now claiming that the Chief Minister’s chair in Congress was sold for ₹350 crore, but at that time, he himself was the Congress state president,‌ so why did he remain silent then?

Pannu said that yesterday, Navjot Kaur Sidhu stated that they do not have ₹500 crore to become the CM face. Following this, today Sunil Jakhar has said that the CM’s chair in Congress was sold for ₹350 crore.

Taking a jibe, Pannu said that Jakhar is now claiming he “heard it from somewhere,” but he is still not clarifying that at that time he himself was the Congress president. He did not need to rely on hearsay, he knew directly that the chair was sold for ₹350 crore. That is why he is speaking with such confidence.

Pannu asked direct questions: Was Jakhar aware of all this while being the Congress state president? Is this why he was never made CM, because the chair was being sold for ₹350 crore at that time? And today, due to inflation, has the rate increased to ₹500 crore, as Navjot Kaur Sidhu has claimed?

Issuing a stern warning, the AAP leader said that when a party sells the CM’s chair for ₹350 crore or ₹500 crore, it lays the foundation for deep corruption. He said that if the people of Punjab trust Congress again, it would mean that a person who pays ₹500 crore to become CM will add countless more zeros in recovery later.
