GGDSD COLLEGE ORGANISES ARTS AND FRESHER PARTY

Goswami Ganesha Dutta Sanatan Dharma College, Chandigarh organized a Freshers Party for the Arts and Humanities students of incoming batch 2022-23 yesterday.

The event began with a floral welcome extended to College Principal Dr. Ajay Sharma following which the many performances began. While addressing the students , he said hard work is indispensable and a key to achieving their dreams. Famous entertainer Bhavdeep Romana set the stage on fire with his energetic presence. Various representations of Radio Mirchi also honoured the audience with their presence.(SUBHEAD)

A plethora of events were organized for the excited new students including rounds of singing, dance and drama. Music by Euphoria and the Giddha dancers received tumultuous applause. The modelling rounds were the highlight of the event. The students’ excitement knew no bounds when Videh was crowned as Mr. Fresher and Sharadha as Ms. Fresher. Other prize-winners felicitated include Lavima and Saksham as Ms. and Mr. Intellect respectively and Josh Bedi as Mr. Personality and Lavya Ms. Charming.

College Principal Dr. Ajay Sharma congratulated the prize winners and appreciated the efforts put in by one and all for actively participating in extracurricular activities and making the event memorable.
