Police reportedly registered case FIR No. 127, U/S 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC against Kurali resident in Sector 25 Police Station duping Chandigarh resident to the tune of Rs. 3.5 lacs.
The case of cheating has been registered on on the complaint of Yogesh Kumar R/o # 722/4, BDC, Sector-26, Chandigarh who alleged that Madan R/o Ward No. 7, Village Chanalon, Sadar Kurali, Distt. Mohali, (Age 31 Years) cheated Rs. 3.5 lakh from the complainant for providing a job through HSSC on 16.02.2021. Later, the alleged person provided a fake appointment letter of HSSC, Sector 2, Panchkula (HR) to the complainant. Investigation of the case is in progress
