The Aam Aadmi Party suffered a major setback in the Balluana segment when Rajpura AAP vice-president Naurang Ram, along with his colleagues, joined the BJP at the residence of Abohar MLA Sandeep Jakhar.
The MLA welcomed them into the party with a Siropa and assured that Naurang Ram and his colleagues would be given due respect in BJP. He stated that AAP activists were turning to the BJP, impressed by public welfare policies.
He stated that the BJP's recent landslide victory in Bihar has proven that it is implementing public welfare schemes for every section of the society.
