St. John's High School , Chandigarh was honoured with the visit of Mrs. Anindita Mitra , Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh Administration.

Mrs. Anindita Mitra along with her team conducted a Swachata pathshala स्वच्छता पाठशाला with the students and told them about waste segregation at source, home composting and stopping the use of plastic . She urged the boys to become ambassadors of change and carry the message forward and keep their city clean.

On this occasion, the Principal, Mrs. Kavita Das thanked the Chief guest and shared her delight that the Eco club team of the school was recognised at the National level by Earth Day for the efforts put in on Earth Day morning assembly.
