Goswami Ganesh DuttaSanatan Dharma (GGDSD) College, Sector 32, Chandigarh today released its first merit list for admission to the BA course. The college has emerged once again as the first choice of students for admission to Humanities courses.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Ajay Sharma, Principal of the college stated that SD College is not just the first choice of admission for toppers in commerce but also for the Arts. More than 2400 students have applied to SD College for admission to B.A. first year.

The cut-off for the B.A.course exemplifies this preference that humanities students have for the college. The cut off for UT (General Pool) students in the First Merit List is 99.20% and 99.60% for Outside UT students. The most preferred subjects were Political Science, Psychology, Economics and English.
