A tree plantation activity was conducted at Sandwoods Opulencia, Bhagomajra, Landran-Banur Road, Mohali, A project of Sandwoods Infratech Projects (Pvt.) Ltd. During the drive 25 saplings of Sandalwoods were planted for the cause of clean environment and the benefit of residents of the Project. The Projects has 394 flats & 5 shops and around 200 families are already residing there.
M/s Sandwoods Infratech Projects is under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process and is being operated by Mr. Ravinder Kumar Goel, who is appointed by Hon’ble NCLT New Delhi as Resolution Professional to complete the project. Residents thanked the Resolution Professional for the activity and for making efforts to complete the project. While discussing about the project, Mr. Goel told that this project could not get completed in time and taken to NCLT for the Resolution of the company under the newly enacted law i.e. Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code-2016.
