SHO/PS-39, Chandigarh flashed a picture of snatcher who snatched a mobile phone on 22.07.2022, Morning in the jurisdiction of PS-39. On secret information I/C DCC Insp. Narinder Patial constituted teams to nab the accused persons.
On 26.07.2022, ASI Rajesh Kumar along with police party laid a Naka on Kaccha Rasta near ZiriMandiVillMaloya, Chandigarh and apprehended two persons namely Sourav S/o Putti Lal R/o # 644, Near Govt. School Kajheri, Sec-52, Chandigarh Age-19 years and Sonu Shah S/o Dhanush Pal R/o # 309, Kajheri Chandigarh Age-18 years Chandigarh and recovered snatched mobile along with Motor cycle ( CH-04J-1911 Splendor) used in crime of case FIR No. 113, Dt. 22.07.2022 U/S 379/A, 34 added 411 IPC, PS-39.
On 27.07.2022, HC Satish along with Police Party laid a naka near 66 KV kajhari Chandigarh and nab suspect namely Rehan Khan S/o HaniffnMohd R/o # 128, Tiwana Complex Room No. 2, Village Kajheri Chandigarh, Age -19 years along with stolen motorcycle (CH-01AD-2331 Splendor+) in case FIR no. 348, Dt. 25.07.2022 U/S 379 added 411 IPC, PS-36.
Total 12 mobile, One Activa & 06 motor cycles have been recovered. Two cases of PS-36 and one case of PS-39 have been worked out after arresting above mentioned accused. All the accused produced before the Hon’ble court and sent to judicial custody.
