A case FIR No. 77, U/S 188 IPC has been registered in PS-03, Chandigarh against Kapil Katriya, owner of the Chaser Club, SCO No. 54-55, Basement, Sector-9/D, Chandigarh who served Hukah to the customers at said club on 23.07.2022 and violated the orders of District Magistrate, UT, Chandigarh.
Investigation of the case is in progress.
