FIVE DAYS INTEGRATED YOGA AND AYURVEDA WELLNESS AWARENESS CAMP STARTS AT GOVT. COLLEGE OF YOGA

A 5 days integrated yoga and Ayurveda wellness awareness camp was inaugurated at Govt. College of Yoga Education and Health, Sector 23A, Chandigarh under the RUSA scheme.The chief guest of the occasion was Prof. Lakhbir Singh, Assistant Project Director , RUSA .

The principal of the college Dr. Sapna Nanda while welcoming the chief guest and the public gave a detailed view about the importance of integrated program.

The chief guest in his address explained about the relevance of yoga and Ayurveda and its relation to the human consciousness with the help of Sanskrit sutras.(SUBHEAD)

The Ayurveda sessions in the awareness camp will be taken by Smt. Shyam Priya who is a renowned wellness expert and yoga sessions will be taken by various instructors of the college. The coordinator of the program is Mr. Kulwant Singh. On the first day, the camp was attended by around 100 participants.

The camp will be beneficial for the yoga professionals as well as Ayurveda experts. The program will be live on the college YouTube channel.
