Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Wednesday visited Patialkhar village in the Nagrota Bagwan Assembly Constituency of Kangra district to pay homage to Wing Commander Namansh Syal, who was martyred in an accident during the Dubai Air Show.
The Chief Minister said that in this tragic incident, the nation has lost a brave son and a courageous pilot. Every Himachali is proud of his indomitable courage, dedication to duty and service to the nation. The nation will forever remember his supreme sacrifice. He assured the bereaved family that the state government stands firmly with them during this hour of grief.
The Chief Minister prayed for the peace of the departed soul and expressed deep condolences to the grieving family.
Health Minister Dr. (Colonel) Dhani Ram Shandil, Agriculture Minister Prof. Chander Kumar, AYUSH Minister Yadvinder Goma, HPTDC Chairman Raghubir Singh Bali, and MLAs Kamlesh Thakur and Suresh Kumar were also present with the Chief Minister.
