AMIT GOEL WAS MURDERED BY SAME PISTOL WHICH SOLD TO ACCUSED
DEEPANSHU @ DEEPAK, A MEMBER OF KAALA SAHUWASIA GANG ARRESTED, AMIT GOEL HAD FAILED TO DELIVER WEAPONS TO DEEPANSHU.CASE WORKED OUT THROUGH EXEMPLARY TECHNICAL INVESTIGATION.

On 2/7/2022 at around 2:45 PM renowned builder of Paschim Vihar area Amit Goel who has an office by the name of “Property Capture” in A-2 Paschim Vihar came out of his office and was about to board his Car parked nearby, suddenly one unknown boy fired multiple rounds on Amit Goel and shot him dead. After this the assailant fled from the spot in a golden colored Toyota Corolla car. There was no clue about the assailant. Later, the car used in commission of crime was found abandoned.
Deceased Amit Goel was a builder and property dealer of Paschim Vihar. He was previously involved in two cases related to arms. He was partner in Hotel Raddison Blu, Paschim Vihar, but later sold off his share. He was a close aide of renowned gangster Bhupender @ Monu Dariapur@ Tampu who was murdered by Gangster Sonu Dariyapur. He was a professional Shooter and used to import deadly sophisticated automatic weapons under the guise of weapons being imported for the sport of shooting misusing scheme and import policy meant for Indian shooters.
He was arrested by DRI (Directorate of Intelligence) in 2017 along with a Slovenian National for im porting 25 automatic imported pistols illegally into India. He was allegedly involved in supplying imported automatic weapons to gangsters of Delhi, U.P. and Haryana.
THE TEAM: Considering the sensational nature of the murder, team of Insp. Arvind posted at AGS Crime Branch was tasked to work out the case. A team comprising of Insp. Arvind, Insp. Rakesh, SI Sachin Gulia ASI Rajbir, ASI Mahesh, ASI Kulwant, HC Yogesh, HC Deepak, HC Sandeep, Ct. Hemant under the close supervision of ACP Sh. Umesh Barthwal was constituted to nab the accused. An input was received by Ct. Hemant about involvement of one Deepanshu r/o Begampur. After exemplary technical analysis by Insp. Arvind and scanning CCTV Footages the lead was further developed into actionable input and the vehicle being used by Deepanshu was identified.
(SUBHEAD)(MOREPIC2)On 9/7/22 the location of Deepanshu was zeroed in Rohtak, Haryana. Immediately a team lead by Insp. Arvind comprising SI Sachin Gulia, ASI Rajbir and HC Yogesh rushed to Rohtak, Haryana. The location of Deepanshu was further zeroed in in Sector-02, Rohtak and was eventually traced in one Kwid Car. On sensing the Police Presence, the Kwid car tried to flee but was eventually intercepted and accused Deepanshu along with his friend Bhupender @Jhokad was apprehended.
Accused Deepanshu Sharma @Deepak R/o Rajiv Nagar, Begampur, Delhi initially refused his involvement in any crime, but he was subjected sustained interrogation and disclosed that he is a Native resident of Village Rewadi Maan, Distt. Rewadi, Haryana.
He has one younger brother, Tushar Sharma, presently studying in Khanna (Punjab). His Father Ashok Sharma runs an electronic repairs shop in Begampur. He studied B.A. in year 2017. Apart from studies he had joined akhada of Suresh Pehalwan in Bakkarwala, Delhi where he met Khilawan @Khallu of Dadri. Khallu further introduced him to his friend namely Navdeep Nambardar of Dadri. Khilawan @Khallu had enmity with Pardeep Kaasni, in 2015, on the instructions of Pardeep Kaasni, his associates had attacked on Deepanshu due to his association with Khallu and injured his legs severely.
In the year 2016, Khilawan @Khallu was murdered by Pardeep Kaasni. Deepanshu developed enmity for Pardeep Kaasni and had decided to exert revenge upon him. After that Deepanshu met one Financer Manoj Pandit of Bahadurgarh who used to lend money on interest. Deepanshu Sharma also invested money in this business of Manoj Pandit to ensure an income stream.
Khilawan, Navdeep and Kaalu had killed Sandeep Kaasni, Brother of Pradeep Kaasni and in retaliation Pardeep Kaasni had killed Khilawan. Pankaj Sahuwasia & Navdeep Nambardar who are now leading the Kaala Sahuwasia Gang were interested in taking revenge from Pardeep Kaasni for the death of Khilawan.
Having similar interest with Deepanshu, Navdeep offered to finance Deepanshu to procure weapons to take revenge from Pardeep Kaasni. Deepanshu and his family lived in Bakkarwala village from 2012 to 2017 where he met one Sandeep Chotiwala R/o Bakkarwala and befriended him. Sandeep Chotiwala took Deepanshu 2-3 times to Rohtak Jail to meet his friend Deepak Tomer who was lodged in Rohtak Jail. During one such mulakaat he met Sumit Soup another associate of Deepak Tomer who happened to be present at Rohtak Jail to meet Deepak Tomer. Deepanshu and Sumit developed friendship during this meeting.
Khallu had introduced Deepanshu to one Kaala Sahuwasia, a renowned gangster of Dadri, Haryana. Kaala Sahuwasia was killed by Pardeep Kaasni in 2017. After that his brother Pankaj Sahuwasia took control of his gang. Pankaj Sahuwasia introduced Deepanshu to his friend Bhupender @Jokhad r/o Dubaldhan, Haryana.
Later, Bhupender @ Jokhad murdered one Amit of his village and was sentenced to life imprisonment in a murder case of PS Mukherji Nagar. Inside Jail he met builder Amit Goel who was imprisoned in an Arms Act case. There he befriended Amit Goel and Amit Goel told Bhupender that if require sophisticated weapons he can arrange.
Thereafter in 2021 Bhupinder got released on parole due to COVID, after which he connected with Deepanshu. In the meantime, Deepanshu heard the rumors that Pardeep Kaasni is trying to come out on parole. Sensing it as an opportunity, he contacted Bhupinder to arrange a sophisticated weapon so that he could take his revenge from Pardeep Kaasni. Bhupinder took him to Amit Goel, who showed them multiple pictures of sophisticated weapons, one pistol was finalized for Rs.2 Lakhs, Deepanshu paid Rs.3 Lakh rupees to Amit Goel for the same.
After one week Amit Goel delivered the pistol to Deepanshu. Deepanshu took more money from Navdeep and again paid Rs.10 Lac rupees to Amit Goel to arrange 2 more automatic pistols. But after this Amit Goel failed to deliver the arms and started to threaten Deepanshu with dire consequences if he tried to call him again.
Mr. Rohit Meena, IPS, DCP-II, Crime Branch, said, Deepanshu got offended over such threat extended by Amit Goel on 22.6.22 and decided to eliminate him. He roped in his old acquaintance Sumit Soup of Baghpat to execute this plan. He further purchased, one corolla vehicle from one Sourav of Baprola Village for 1 lakh rupees on 29.6.22 and started to do recce of Amit Goel and visited vicinity of his office multiple times.
Deepanshu was aware of the car number of Amit Goel, on 2.7.22 he along with Sumit reached Jawalahedi market in Corolla car and parked it close by and started to wait for Amit Goel to come. Amit Goel came around 2:30 PM on sight of Amit Goel Deepanshu got out of the car and with the same pistol which was sold to him by Amit Goel he fired 5 rounds on Amit Goel, emptying his magazine.
Thereafter he along with Sumit, ran away in the Corolla car. Sensing threat from police checking near Nihal Vihar check post they dumped the pistol near in a drain nearby and abandoned the Corolla car near Mundka Industrial Area. Thereafter Sumit and Deepanshu went on separate ways. Deepanshu went to Bhupender @Jokhad who took him under his wing and took him to hideouts of his acquaintances in Rohtak and nearby areas. Bhupender already had one Kwid car given to him by Manoj Pandit. Deepanshu and Bhupender kept on changing their hideouts since 2.7.2022 and seized to use their mobile phones.
Accordingly, accused Deepanshu has been arrested in appropriate section of law and is being produced before the concerned court. Involvement of Bhupender @Jokhad in the murder is being probed as he was with Deepanshu before the day of murder and was apprehended along with him, he is handed over to local police for further investigation.
