Vani of St. Joseph's School secured her second title in the first Chandigarh State Ranking Table Tennis Tournament at the Sector 50 Table Tennis Stadium here, by winning the Under 15 years girls singles title after defeating Teetiksha of the same school by set score 3-1.
In the boys singles category of the same age group, Vishal of Tender Heart School defeated Pritish of DAV Public School in a nail biting final match that stretched to full five games with Vishal winning the title.
In the Under 17 years girls singles, Pelf of DAV Public School won the title by defeating Neha of St. Joseph's School in a well contested 3-1 final. In the boys category, Samarth of Gurukul Global School got the better of Arnav Aggarwal from the same school in a well contested 3-1 match to clinch the title.
