A case FIR No. 110 U/S 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh on the complaint of Jaswinder Pal Singh Ahluwalia R/o # 41/B, Professor Colony Block-H, Yamunanagar (HR) against Ajay Walia, Karan Walia & others R/o Flat No. 702, 7th floor, Parkview Apartment, Sec-66 Mohali (PB) had opened the Oceanic World Wide Networks Pvt. Ltd. in partnership with the complainant and others.
Complainant invested total Rs. 55,46,000/- on different occasions for opening the said firm/business. Later complainant came to known that alleged person with the dishonest intention had made forged documents showing complainant as director of said company and later they sold the company and misappropriated the funds.
Investigation of the case is in progress.
