A case FIR No. 108 U/s 409, 419, 420, 120-B IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh on the complaint of Vishal Rai R/o # 48, Himshikha Colony, Pinjore, Kalka Distt. Panchkula (Hry) who is working as Operation Associate at Mantis Technologies Pvt. Limited against Sagram Rana and his wife Reesha Rana both R/o # 32, Mohinder Singh Colony, Birring Distt-Jallandhar (Pb).
The Company during internal auditing has found that one of its employees Mr. Sangram Rana has committed a fraud and embezzled money to the tune of Rs. 1,02,71,800/-.
Mr Sangram Rana, who joined their company in 2011 as Senior Associate. Thus, the alleged persons were cheated of Rs. 1,02,71,800/- regarding creating at fake vender account.
Investigation of the case is in progress. No arrest has been made so far.
