BSF PUNJAB CELEBERATES INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA IN DIFFERENT SECTORS

The 8th International Day of Yoga was celebrated with great zeal and full dedication at all locations / establishments from Pathankot to Abohar under BSF Punjab Frontier with various programs such as Yoga Asan session, written quiz and yogasana competitions.

The main event was organized at JCP Attari, Amritsar where, after thevirtual address of Hon'ble Prime Minister from Mysuru, Karnataka, a common BSF officers and men, officers from the Ministry of Government of India, Officers from Punjab Government and local officers and men from Amritsar participated.(SUBHEAD)

At Frontier headquarters BSF Jalandhar, Sh Asif Jalal, IG BSF Punjab Frontier along with 250 BSF officers and men participated in Yoga Asan session. During this session, prizes of various yoga events were distributed to the best performers.

IG BSF Punjab emphasized on the importance of yoga in maintaining good physical as well as mental health and keeping the stress away.
