A case FIR No. 110, U/S 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh on the complaint of Harbinder Singh R/o # 1100/1, Sector-39B, Chandigarh who alleged that Parminder Singh R/o # H-44L, Model Town, Hoshiarpur, (PB) and Deepak Arora R/o # 25/9, Ram Nagar, near Murti Pandi Mandir, Karnal City, (HR) cheated Rs. 48.8 lakh from complainant for providing bank guarantee and contract of Tata India, but alleged person given fake bank guarantees and arranged bogus work order to complainant in 2019.
Investigation of the case is in progress.
