A case FIR No. 59 dated 25.05.2022, U/S 174-A IPC has been registered in PS-03, Chandigarh on the complaint of Sh. Pankaj reader to Sh. Chetesh Gupta, JMIC, Distt. Court, Sector-43, Chandigarh against Karamjit Singh R/o Village Daad, Distt. Ludhiana (Pb) who was declared proclaimed offender by the Hon’ble Court in case FIR No. 124/2016 u/s 309 IPC PS-03, Chandigarh.
The accused did not appear before the Hon’ble Court in pursuance of issuance of the proclamation. Investigation of the case is in progress.
