With the aim to empower and provide children from underprivileged backgrounds an equal opportunity to learn, the BYJU’S ‘Education for All’ initiative has collaborated with Seva Trust UK (India). With this collaboration, BYJU’S and Seva Trust UK (India) aim to bring technology-driven learning to nearly 1.5 lakh students in government schools in Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh.

Through this partnership, BYJU’S will enable access to high-quality and engaging content, along with tech-driven digital learning tools for underprivileged children in these states. It further amplifies BYJU’S vision of providing a holistic and conducive educational environment for students everywhere, regardless of their socio-economic background, location, and proficiency.

Speaking about the partnership, Mansi Kasliwal, VP-Social Initiatives, BYJU’S, said, “At BYJU’S, we are committed in our efforts to bridge the digital divide and make learning accessible to all. Our constant endeavour has been to address accessibility challenges in ensuring quality education and collaborate with like-minded partners to take our vision forward. With Seva Trust UK (India), we are working towards a single mission of providing enriching and quality learning experiences to government school students in Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh. I am certain that this partnership will make digital learning a reality for children in these regions.” (SUBHEAD)

Seva Trust UK (India) is a registered, not-for-profit organisation that helps underprivileged children, living under the poverty line. The trust’s work is to ensure everyone has access to the best education, healthy life choices, welfare support, and a sustainable environment regardless of their background. It empowers, inspires and uplifts the underprivileged and disadvantaged students and communities.

Launched in 2020, BYJU’S ‘Education for All’ is a social impact initiative that aims at democratising education, and ensuring that every child has an opportunity to learn. This initiative is committed to empowering children in the most remote geographies and underserved communities through digital learning. With a mission to empower 10 million underprivileged children by 2025 and bring a positive systemic change to the education ecosystem, BYJU’S Education for All has already impacted 3.4 million children through 120+ NGOs across 26 states.
