DEVELOPED INDIA – YOUTH CONNECT PROGRAM MOTIVATES STUDENTS

Bhag Singh Khalsa College for Women, Kala Tibba, organised a motivational event on the theme 'Developed India 2047-A Civilizational Mission'.

The main objective of this program was to motivate the young generation to actively contribute towards realizing the vision of a developed India by 2047. The stage was conducted by NSS Coordinator Dr. Virender Kaur Bhullar. NSS Program Officer Dr. Baljit Kaur Sidhu welcomed the participants. The ceremony began with the lighting of the lamp and the college's shabad “Deh Shiva Bar mohe Eh Hai”.

Special guest, youth icon, Manreet Kaur highlighted the path to making India a strong, inclusive, and self-reliant nation. She shared her thoughts on Panch Prana (Five Resolutions) and 11 Resolutions which emphasized on Unity, Sustainable Development, New Thinking and Civic Responsibility.

She envisioned India of 2047 as a technologically advanced, just and globally respected country and explained digital transformation, women-centric development and social sector reforms. This was followed by a “Youth Dialogue” session in which students enthusiastically shared their views on innovation, leadership and nation-building.

College Principal Dr. Harpreet Kaur Aulakh thanked the organizing committee, special guests and students for their enthusiastic participation and reiterated the college’s commitment to prepare responsible and committed citizens for nation-building
