ONE-DAY SANSKRIT PROGRAMME ORGANIZED AT GAMC

A one-day Sanskrit Programme was organized by the Department of Sanskrit in Gopichand Arya Mahila College. Students presented a welcome song, yoga postures, shlokas, a hymn in praise of Lord Shiva, and shared some important facts about the Sanskrit language.

Meenu, Bhavana and Neha sang the welcome song in Sanskrit. Meenu also delivered a speech on the importance of the Sanskrit language, while Neha Sharma presented a devotional song in praise of Lord Shiva.

With the cooperation of Meenu Sharma from the Department of Physical Education, students Muskan and Usha performed various yoga asanas and highlighted their benefits. All the students of the Sanskrit Department participated enthusiastically in the event.

Principal Dr. Rekha Sood Handa emphasised the significance of Sanskrit and encouraged the students to continue participating in such enriching activities. She also congratulated HoD Rani and the entire staff of the Sanskrit Department for their initiative.
