BSF 65 BN ORGANISES BLOOD DONATION CAMP

A voluntary blood donation camp was organized by the 65 Bn BSF at BSF camp Fazilka. The initiative was held under the guidance of Virendra Bahadur Yadav, Commandant 65 Bn with the objective of contributing to humanitarian causes and supporting the local community. 

5 officers, 6 Sos, 26 jawans and 2 family members enthusiastically participated in the camp and came forward to donate blood. The first person who took initiative stepforward to donate his blood for an exemplary by V.B Yadav, commandant, himself. Medical teams from District hospital, Fazilka and 65 Bn unit hospital extended their full support in collecting and preserving the donated blood and also distributed fruits and juice to the volunteer donors. 

The event highlighted the spirit of service and commitment of BSF towards the nation, not only in safeguarding the borders but also in extending a helping hand to those in need. The camp concluded by V. B Yadav, commandant with words of appreciation for the volunteers whose contributions will go a long way in saving precious lives
