Yogesh Chaudhary, a young social activist from Pataudi in Haryana, is all set to receive the prestigious “My Bharat NSS” National Award from the President of India on 6th October 2025.

(MOREPIC1)The award recognises his outstanding contributions to nation-building, youth empowerment, promoting a drug-free India, and various social initiatives. Chaudhary began his journey with the National Service Scheme (NSS) and, over the past eight years, has made a mark nationwide through efforts in environmental protection, blood donation, women and youth empowerment, and community service during the COVID-19 pandemic.

He is also the founder of the Youth Socialgram Foundation, a platform that connects more than 5,000 youth across 18 states to work towards a self-reliant and socially responsible India. The announcement has sparked widespread celebration across Haryana, especially in Pataudi, where well-wishers have flocked to congratulate him.

Chaudhary credited his parents, mentors, friends, and colleagues for his success, stating that when he began working with NSS, he never imagined reaching such a milestone. He added that the award belongs to every young person who strives to serve society. Chaudhary co-founded the Youth Socialgram Foundation in 2021 with Amit Bhardwaj. Bhardwaj said the day was a proud moment not just for Yogesh, but for the entire organisation.

Co-directors Priyanka Bhardwaj and Nahar Singh Chauhan added that Yogesh’s dedication and commitment are a source of inspiration for youth everywhere. Today, Yogesh Chaudhary is considered a role model not only in Haryana but across India. Observers believe this young leader will continue to inspire change and lead initiatives that bring about meaningful social transformation.
