The International MMI Conference 2025 was held on Friday at Meera Medical Institute of Nursing and Hospital. The conference was held in hybrid mode (online and offline), with active participation from nursing and medical experts, teachers, researchers, and students from across the country and abroad.
(MOREPIC1) Chief Guest Dr. Puneet Girdhar (Registrar, Punjab Nurses Registration Council, Mohali) emphasized the importance of integrating nursing education, research, and modern health technology. Special Guest Dr. Suresh Kamboj, SMO, Civil Hospital, highlighted the social responsibility of nursing and healthcare. Dr. Shatrughan presented a lecture on new directions in nursing research and education. Dr. Vikram emphasized clinical practice and patient safety. Anil Sahu discussed the role of innovation and management in the nursing field. Dr. Alok Rawat highlighted the importance of research methodology for nursing students.
Deepinder Bishnoi shared views on improving healthcare in rural settings. Dr. Harpreet Kaur highlighted the need for women's health and maternity services. Dr. Kuljit Kaur delivered a lecture on mental health and the role of nursing. Praveen highlighted modern methods of nursing education.
Principal Dr. Ram Swaroop Sharma and Vice Principal Rahish were instrumental in planning and coordination of the conference. Advocate (MD) Sameer Mittal, Director Dr. Sahil Mittal and several other academic experts were present.
