The complaintants alleged that RM Security Agency through its Supervisor Lovepreet Singh (M-9306673937) at the behest of Sukhvinder Singh alias Yuvraj Singh (9985274000) S/o Harjinder Singh & others R/o C-7-604, is acting like a self styled and infringing upon the fundamental rights of over 1000 families and harrowing time to Senior citizens ladies and working class.
(SUBHEAD)One Mrs. Renu Khanna W/o Mr. Rajesh Khanna r/o A-3 Purab Premium Apartments, Sector 88; Mohali, was compelled to come at main Gate to pick her couriers etc. repeatedly besides not allowing her other guests & Visitors at the above said residence.
In another case Kavya Khanna (Engineering Student) D/o Mr. & Mrs. Rajesh & Renu Khanna cab was forced to stop (even after due recognition of victim)at main Gate by above stated security agency/Supervisor Lovepreet Singh on August 27, 2025. She was asked to walk on foot to home from main gate though she in panic asked the driver to drive away fast to her residence safely. The victim girl student is in deep trauma now.
In another case Mr. S.S. Mann's elderly aged 86 years old mother R/o D-4-501 of same locality, was harassed & mentally traumatized by not allowing her essential ration & medicines delivery by above stated security agency and eventually led to cancellation of orders on August 28, 2025.
