A seven-day Art and Craft Workshop ‘Karmika-8’ was successfully organized at Gopichand Arya Mahila College in Abohar.

The prime objective of the workshop was to enhance the creative abilities of students and equip them with proficiency in various handicrafts. Each day of the workshop brought with it a new wave of energy, enthusiasm, and excitement. During the sessions, students were trained in skills such as texture painting, bake and cake, tie and dye, party snacks, etc. In addition, Rajni imparted makeup-related skills to the participants.

Nearly 150 students from schools including D.A.V., Brahmrishi Mission, and Government Girls School enthusiastically participated and benefited from the training, thereby proving the relevance and success of the event.

She encouraged the students to actively participate in such training programs on a regular basis. She also appreciated Paridhi Kataria, Head of the Home Science Department, Jyoti Singhmar, Head of the Fine Arts Department and the entire team of organizers for the successful conduct of the workshop.
