Taking forward the relief work, BJP District Fazilka President Sukhwinder Singh Kaka Kamboj continued to work on relief work for the third consecutive day.

After continuously providing green fodder for the animals, the district president distributed tarpaulins and other goods to different villages in Fazilka district, looking at the needs of the flood victims.

Kaka Kamboj reached the flood-affected border village of Atuwala, where he provided tarpaulins to the flood-affected people.

As many border villages along the Sutlej, the dhanis and residential areas are also flooded. Affected people had demanded tarpaulins through the media.

People said that due to water accumulating in the houses, they had to keep valuables on the roofs and there was a dire need for tarpaulins.

Kaka Kamboj contacted these people and reached the spot to provide them with tarpaulins. He said that if anything else is needed, his team is available 24 hours to serve the flood affected people
