Renowned comedian of Punjabi film industry Dr. Jaswinder Bhalla (65) passed away this morning. According to sources close to the family, Jaswinder Bhalla was suffering from health problems for some time. In recent days his health was constantly critical and he was undergoing treatment under the supervision of doctors. This morning his condition suddenly deteriorated, due to which he passed away.
Dr. Jaswinder Bhalla's last rites will be performed tomorrow (23 August 2025) at 12 noon at Balongi crematorium in Mohali. As soon as the news of his death came out, condolence messages are being shared on social media by fans and artists of the film industry.
Jaswinder Bhalla was not only known for his excellent comedy, but he gave a new identity to humor in Punjabi films. His roles in many superhit films like “Carry On Jatta”, “Jatt and Juliet” made the audience laugh a lot.
