TRIBUTES PAID TO MARTYR NAVPAL SINGH SIDHU ON 48TH ANNIVERSARY

In a program organized at Padampur on the 48th birth anniversary of martyr Captain Navpal Singh Sidhu, Principal Neelam Tripathi, martyr's brother Rajpal Singh Sidhu, KPTL manager Manish Kumar Makkar, councillor Madan Lal, Sushil Kumar Jain, education officer Harbans Singh Sandhu and representatives of several institutions released a folder based on the supreme life of martyr Navpal Singh.

Navpal was born in August 1977 in the family of former Colonel Agyapal Singh Sidhu, Rajinder Pal Kaur. With the inspiration of his father, he glorified the name of a small village 40 RB in the Indian Army and gave it the highest post. He made a supreme sacrifice for the nation by killing three dreaded terrorists in Surankote of J&K on 30 December 2002. The speakers said that our reverence for such brave Indian soldiers should always remain high. Efforts should be made with a positive attitude to increase the participation of everyone in such patriotic programs.

Manish Kumar Makkar administered the oath to the students to stay away from mobile phones and drugs. Trust secretary Ghanshyam Harwani said that a women's open hockey competition will be organized in the stadium on August 10.
