FEROZEPUR GEARS UP FOR ARMY RECRUITMENT RALLY, OVER 8,000 CANDIDATES EXPECTED TO PARTICIPATE

In a significant boost to employment opportunities for youth in the region, the Army Recruiting Office (ARO) Ferozepur is all set to conduct a mega Army Recruitment Rally from August 18 to 27, 2025, at Shaheed Bhagat Singh Stadium, Ferozepur.

Organized under the aegis of Recruiting Zone Punjab & J&K, the rally is expected to witness participation from 8,014 candidates belonging to the districts of Ferozepur, Sri Muktsar Sahib, Bathinda, Faridkot, and Fazilka.

With massive footfall anticipated during the 10-day event, meticulous arrangements are being put in place to ensure the smooth and disciplined conduct of the rally. In a move to oversee the preparedness, Major General Ranjit Singh Manral, General Officer Commanding (GOC), Golden Arrow Division, visited the rally site on and reviewed the administrative and logistic infrastructure. The inspection focused on streamlining the entry process, accommodation, medical support, and overall coordination among civil and military agencies.

The recruitment rally holds special significance in the border belt, where the Indian Army continues to be one of the most aspired career options for the youth. The authorities have appealed to the candidates to adhere to all prescribed norms and carry requisite documents to avoid any last-minute inconvenience.
