As per directions of Ms. Kanwardeep Kaur, I.P.S, W/SSP/UT, Chandigarh, under the close guidance of Ms. K.M Priyanka, W/S.P/City Chandigarh and under the supervision of Sh Dhiraj Kumar, SDPO/South West a team of officials of Police Station, Sector-39, Chandigarh headed by Insp. Rajiv Kumar, SHO/PS-39, got major success by arresting accused namely Manoj S/o Late Gurdail R/o House 606, Sector-38-A, Chandigarh Age 35 years in Case FIR No. 77 Dt. 13.05.2026 U/S 21 NDPS Act PS-39, Chd.
It is submitted that the above noted case was registered on the complaint of SI Ravinder Singh 1489/CHG PS 39 UT along with police party nabbed one person namely Manoj @ Manoji S/o Gurdial H. No. 606 Ground Floor Sec 38A Chd age 35 Years from Park Near Shanshi Mohalla Stepping Stone School Sec 38A UT Chandigarh and recovered 15 grams Heroin/Smack from his possession without any license or permit.
During the course of investigation, alleged Manoj @ Manoji S/O Gurdial R/O #606 GF Sector 38 A Chandigarh age 35 Yrs was arrested on 13.05.2026
Previous Criminal record of accused Manoj:- FIR No. 226, dated 31.7.2016 U/s 20 NDPS Act, PS-39 Convicted on 6.7.2022 by the Court of Ms Renu Goel, JMIC, Chandigarh
2) FIR No. 100, dated 15.4.2019,U/s 21 NDPS Act., PS-PS-39, Chandigarh. Convicted on 7.7.2022 by Court of Sh. Rajiv K Beri ASJ, Chd. RI for 1 Month and fine Rs 1000/ and fine paid. FIR No. 76 dated 17.5.2020 U/s 188,269 IPC, PS-39, Chandigarh. PIC 6.12.2021
Accused Manoj produced before court & send to judicial custody accordingly.
