A big gangster from Rajasthan, Satish Bishnoi, had an encounter with the police, in which he was injured and admitted to the Civil Hospital on Tuesday. The incident took place in a PG (Place to Stay) near Aman Hotel on Gulabgarh Road. According to the police, the gangster belonged to Rajasthan and many cases of criminal activities were going on against him for a long time.
The police had received information about the gangster that he had come to Derabassi to commit some Big crime. After the information, an operation was conducted under the leadership of SSP Mohali and DSP Derabassi. The police team laid siege to catch the gangster and as soon as the gangster tried to escape, the police chased him. After this, the gangster opened fire on the police, to which the police retaliated in self-defense. The gangster was shot in this encounter, and he was immediately admitted to the Civil Hospital. The condition of the injured gangster is currently said to be stable.

There were a total of three shooters involved in the incident. Two of them have already been arrested, while the third—this individual—was absconding.The Inspector General (IG) of Bikaner Range had announced a reward of ₹50,000 for information leading to his arrest.
