ABOHAR STUDENTS SHOWCASE MULTIPLE TALENT IN THE PU YOUTH LEADERSHIP CAMP

Four students of D.A.V. College of Education, Abohar – Khushi, Sidak, Bhumika and Bhavishya, brought glory to the college in the Youth Leadership Camp organized by the Department of Youth Welfare, Panjab University, Chandigarh. During the six-day camp, Khushi was felicitated with the “Best Camper Award” for her excellent leadership, active participation and exemplary behavior throughout the camp. Sidak was given the “Best Stage Performer Award” for her excellent and impressive presentation in cultural programs. Apart from this, Bhumika and Bhavishya also performed remarkably in various activities.

On this achievement, Acting Principal Dr. Vijay Grover extended hearty congratulations and best wishes to all the students and expressed confidence that these experiences will prove to be extremely helpful in the personality development and future of the students. YSC Incharge Dr. Ajay Khosla, Dr. Harpreet Kaur, Dr. Mandeep Kaur, Sushila and Jatinder Kaur also expressed happiness over the glory that the students have brought. The college expressed gratitude to the Department of Youth Welfare, Panjab University, Chandigarh for providing an excellent platform to the students to develop leadership skills, acquire new learning and hone their talents.
