ONE-DAY NSS CAMP HELD BY GMSSS-10

The Government Model Senior Secondary School (GMSSS), Sector 10, Chandigarh, organised a one-day NSS Camp on the theme “Swachh Bharat, Swasth Bharat” to promote cleanliness and maintaining environmental equilibrium in the City Beautiful.

The camp started with the administering the Swachhata pledge, which was quickly followed by a cleanliness drive in which NSS volunteers collected plastic bottles, garbage, and other waste from the school ground and the neighbouring areas.

Officiating Principal, Mrs. Seema Suri, and Vice Principal, Mrs. Manjit Kaur, appreciated the efforts of the volunteers and exhorted them to continue working for a cleaner and healthier society.

The camp was organised under the guidance of Ms. Meenakshi Dhiman, NSS Programme Officer.
