SRIGANGANAGAR-IDGAH (AGRA) WEEKLY SPECIAL TRAIN FROM MARCH 4 TO FACILITATE TRAVEL TO GOVARDHAN AND MATHURA

As a result of the efforts made by MLA Sandeep Jakhar, the railway administration has decided to run a weekly special train between Sriganganagar and Idgah (Agra).

Social worker Vikas Singla informed that train number 04733 Sriganganagar-Idgah Weekly Special Train will depart from Sriganganagar every Wednesday from March 4 to March 25, 2026, at 14:30 pm, arrival at Abohar will be at 15:12 pm, and reach Idgah (Agra) at 5:15 am the next day.

On the return journey, train number 04734, the Idgah-Sriganganagar special train, will depart every Thursday from March 5 to March 26 at 7:30 am and arrive in Abohar at 1:00 am and Sriganganagar at 2:30 pm on Fridays.

This train will stop at Malout, Bathinda, Rama, Kalanwali, Sirsa, Mandi Adampur, Hisar, Hansi, Bhiwani, Charkhi Dadri, Rewari, Alwar, Ramgarh, Gobindgarh, Bayana, Ding, Govardhan, Mathura, and Achhnera stations along the route, directly benefiting devotees traveling to Lord Krishna's hometowns, Govardhan and Mathura.

(SUBHEAD)The will have a total of 19 coaches, including one Second AC, five Third AC, two Third AC Economy, and four General Class coaches. Singla expressed his gratitude to MLA Sandeep Jakhar, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav, MoS Railways Ravneet Bittu, and the Bikaner Railway Division for this gift. He appealed to the passengers to take maximum advantage of this service, because if a good response is received, the possibility of regularizing this train in future will increase.
