International Master Satish Kumar Rana set a world record by training approximately 406,870 girls through free self-defense camps held at various schools, colleges, and academies between 2008 and 2026.

Daughter Manvi

Manvi, a daughter of Haryana (from Bagpati village, Karnal), set a world record at the tender age of six by maintaining her body balance while standing on one leg atop three bricks for 2 minutes and 3 seconds. Both father and daughter will be honored by ‘World Record of Excellence England’ on Sunday, September 13, 2026, at the Fairfield Marriott Hotel in Mumbai, following the inclusion of their names in the organization’s record book.

Manvi had previously achieved milestones in Taekwondo; she earned her first black belt at the age of three on February 28, 2023. At the age of five, she received her second black belt from Korea’s Kukkiwon on April 28, 2025. She set a world record for achieving two black belts in Taekwondo at the youngest age.

Achievements of Manvi:

*Won a gold medal at the Karnal District Level Taekwondo Championship 2023.
*Won a gold medal at the Karnal Cup Taekwondo Championship 2023.
*Won a silver medal at the Open International Speed Kick Taekwondo Championship 2024.
*Won a silver medal at the Haryana State Asmita Taekwondo Championship 2025.
*Honored with the National Diamond Award in 2024.

Won a bronze medal at the Haryana State Sub-Junior Taekwondo Championship on July 19, 2026. Manvi has achieved a remarkable milestone in the field of Taekwondo at a young age—a feat that brings pride not only to her district but to the entire state. She earned her first black belt from Korea’s Kukkiwon on February 28, 2023, at the age of just three, and secured her second black belt on April 28, 2025, at the age of five. Her achievement of earning two black belts in Taekwondo at such a tender age has earned her a place in the World Record of Excellence.

To honor this historic achievement, the SK Martial Arts Foundation of India felicitated her with garlands at the academy. The organization’s National President, International Master Satish Kumar Rana, noted that Manvi began her Taekwondo training when she was only two years old.

Recognizing her deep interest and dedication to the sport, she was provided with regular training. Manvi has delivered outstanding performances in numerous competitions; she won gold medals at the Karnal District Level Taekwondo Championship 2023 and the Karnal Cup Taekwondo Championship 2023, as well as silver medals at the Open International Speed Kick Taekwondo Championship 2024 and the Haryana State Asmita Taekwondo Championship 2025. Additionally, she was honored with the National Diamond Award in 2024. These achievements bring pride not only to her family but to the entire state of Haryana.

Master Satish Kumar Rana emphasized that learning self-defense is crucial for girls today, enabling them to protect themselves during times of danger. Since 2008, Master Rana has conducted self-defense camps in various schools and colleges, training approximately 400,000 girls, with an ultimate goal of training one million girls. The goal is to train daughters across India in martial arts-based self-defense, teaching them how to protect themselves during times of danger.
