THE CHILD FALLS INTO OPEN DRAIN IN PANIPAT, EXPOSES BJP’S SMART CITY MODEL: KUMARI SELJA

Congress MP Kumari Selja also targeted the BJP government over the incident in which a young girl fell into an open drain near Devi Temple in Ward 3 of Panipat. She said the child’s life was saved because of the courage of an individual. According to local residents, accidents had occurred at the spot earlier as well, but the administration had failed to learn from them.

Taking a dig at the government, Kumari Selja said this was the BJP’s Smart City model, where the lives of innocent children remained at risk despite claims of development.
