UT TO ORGANISE SPECIAL CAMP FOR CORRECTION OF STATUS OF PROPERTIES

In order to address the issue of correction of status of properties which were once resumed but later restored through various court orders, the SOP was framed and correction of many such entries were made by the Estate Office.

Thus, to give opportunity to all such allottees/owners whose property status is different from the website as per the record available with them, a special camp is being organised at diary section of DC Office/Estate Office from 05.05.2025 to 20.05.2025 during office timings.

Hence, all the allottees/owners of the properties which comes under jurisdiction of Estate Office are advised to check the status of their properties through “Know your property” portal (https://estateoffice.chd.gov.in/KnowYourProperty/Search) and CMIS Chandigarh portal.

In case any discrepancy is found, they are requested to submit their application in this camp along with the documents to prove their claim. All the applications received in this camp shall be disposed within 90 days.
