Teams under the supervision of Sh. Vijay, DANIPS, Insp. Jaspal Singh Bhullar, I/C DCC and Insp. Chiranji Lal got a major success by arresting one accused in Murder case. In this regard a FIR No. 56 dated 14.04.2025 was registered U/s 103(1) BNS PS-39, Chandigarh
This case was registered on the complaint of SI Kuldip Singh PP-Palsora, Chandigarh, in which he stated on 14.04.2025 at about 07:20 AM, when he reached near Govt. School Sector-54 and saw that one Hindu boy was lying with blood stain and in half naked condition near Kacha Rasta Govt. School.
After checked the dead body, there was injury mark on head (right side), throat and Chest. The same was informed to Police Station Sector-39 Chandigarh through mobile phone.
The team of District Crime Cell & Police Station Sector-39 are working on ground level as no clue about the criminal. In this regard, CCTV footages approximately 700/750 of previous & after incident have been scrutinized on the occurrence place, Chandigarh, Mohali, Ambala Railway Station, streets/shops of Ambala etc. The search of accused have been carried out in Chandigarh, Mohali, Railway Station Ambala Cantt. & City, Bus Stand, marriage palaces, slum colonies, Mandir, Gurudwara, Sarai, Dharamshala, catering, Kabari, Auto/taxi stand etc.
(SUBHEAD)After getting picture of accused same was shown to informers, Local Police Ambala, CIA-2, RPF and GRP and 3500/4000 public persons. The CCTV footage before the incidents have also been scrutinized and it came on notice that accused was seen roaming in the street of Ambala Cantt with deceased Sandeep.
During investigation, accused disclosed that after incident, accused went Ambala (HR) by foot from incident place to Franco Hotel L/P to Bhena Da Dhaba to Airport road to Bannur to Shambu Barrier to Ambala City. He came to Chandigarh with deceased Sandeep through Auto.
On 23.04.2025, on the secret information, accused namely Rohit @ Rocky S/o Suresh Sadha R/o near Punjab National Bank, Durga Nagar, Ambala (HR) Age-20 years has been apprehended from main road Delhi to Ambala near entry Gate No. 1 Ambala Cantt. Railway Station in case FIR No. 56 dated 14.04.2025 u/s 103(1) BNS, PS-39 Chandigarh. The investigation of the case is in progress.
The accused identified as Rohit @ Rocky S/o Suresh Sadha, R/o Durga Nagar, near PNB Ambala (HR)
Age :- 20 Years, He is illiterate and was working as Labourer. No previous criminal recored was found.
