PUNJAB SCHOOL TIMINGS WILL CHANGE FROM APRIL 1

with the new academic session, the timings of schools will change. The decision has been taken by the Punjab School Education Department that the timings of schools will change with the new session starting from April 1.

According to the orders issued, all primary, middle, high and senior secondary schools will open from 8 AN to 2 PM, these orders will remain in force till September 30.

Earlier, the timing of all primary schools was from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm, while the timing of middle, high and senior secondary schools was also the same.

However, according to experts, if the heat increases or an emergency situation arises during this period, then the government can take a decision in this regard even before this.
