The facility of Wi-Fi and cash payment of mobile bills is prohibited in this centre under Digital India and those who pay by debit card are facing problems since last two days.
Consumers are making rounds of this centre since last two days.
One employee even suggested that the bill should be deposited in the centre of Sector 46, which is about 5 kms away from Sector 27.
Actually, the equipment through which the bill is deposited is not working since last two days and senior officials are not paying attention to this and consumers are facing problems.
